Technically selling a WoW account is illegal. According to the agreement you signed when purchasing this game, all characters and items are actually owned by Blizard. They are merely renting them out to you. Soooo, they can actually sue you and ban the account if you are caught doing this.

I hate renting things.. because of this I am leaving WoW also.
