No, thats not a joke. The cedar mill p4's hit some pretty insane clocks under ln2, sad part is a current generation cpu at 3.8Ghz is pretty much as powerful singlecore, not to mention multiple cores. And yes, that screencap is the current world record for pentium 4's(or any intel cpu for that matter).

Cool. Also, I don't know why, but Cedar Mill is just a cool code name. it's better than all the new ones that just end in "field" or "dale".
