Worth it or no?

I've been thinking about buying an X1900 Crossfire Edition and a crossfire mobo so I can pair my current X1900XTX in crossfire. I'm not sure when the new GeForce series is coming out, but do you guys think I should invest my money in a crossfire setup now or wait to buy a new 8800GTX/Ultra or even a GeForce 9xxx series card?

Most everyone will point towards an 8800 series NViida card. You would then need a board with an nForce chipset for an SLI setup of two of those. You have to remember that a X1900XTX model is still a DX9 card as well. For a Crossfire setup and the high prices for a new pair of cards you could look at the new HD 2900 series cards with a 512mhz memory interface over the 385mhz seen on 8800 models.

What is the release date of the G92?

I'm willing to be fairly patient, especially since there are new cards coming out this winter. I don't care if the card is ATI or Nvidia, just whatever is the best you can get at the time.

I want DX10 as well because I can't wait to play Unreal Tournament 3 and Crysis.

The new cards coming out now are DX10 capatible not strictly DX10. The main thing to note about the next cards to come out is the initial high prices on any high end model.
