Worth it?

Should I trade my friend who has this rig for my rig and 300 bucks? I kinda want his just so its more upgradable but now that i think about it, its not that much better

His rig= p 4 3.4 ghz, 1 gig ram, 7800gt(pci E) and an intel 915p
My rig= amd 64bit 3500+, 1 gig ram, x800 pro(agp), gigabyte k8 triton
 
So for him to consider the trade, he wants your A64 rig AND $300? If so, don't do it. His rig is only a bit better, and your processor is actually better when it comes to games. $300 would buy you a 3850 and a PCI-E motherboard.
 
ight yea, i totaly thought his rig was alot better cause i thought it had sli and a 7900 gt ight thanks for the help
 
Yeah you would get ripped off, you would basicly be paying for the computer and giving yours to him for free ;)
 
Now if it was an even trade, I would do it, but as I said before I would not give him $300 in addition.
