is it worth saving 70 bucks to get this,

over the cheapest 320mb 880gts?

i would really like dx10 as my system will be run on vista, but im trying to stay rather cheap with the build but still be a decent performer. I play lots of fps games, some rts and some mmorpg. (CS 1.6;stalker;bf2142;wow;c&c3)

I would highly recommend paying the extra 70$ and getting the 8800GTS. Its worth it IMO.

Not worth it saving those 70$, you'll want the higher possible fps and 8800gts can give you the best fps out there for the amount of cash you pay

I have the 8600GTS and I really don't know about the 8800 only that its a lot better from what I hear but I have no problems with it... Probably in 6 or 8 months when games are asking for more but I can run most games with everything cranked all the way up. honestly I got the 8600 because of the price and rebate and the 8800 was WAY more expensive back then so I would agree with the others and get the 8800.
