Worth the extra $20?

I'm new to the world of computer hardware and I'm compiling a list of parts for my first build. I'm looking at an XFX AMD 6950 GPU and I have a quick question about the difference between two cards. There is the Radeon HD 6950 1GB, and the Radeon HD 6950 2GB card. There is only a $20 difference between the two cards, and I was curious as to whether or not I should bother spending the extra $20 for the 2GB card or if it isn't any much better than the 1GB so I should go with that one. Advice anyone?

Yeah definitely. when spending $270, $20 isn't that big a save. and the 2 gigs could definitely be useful.
