worth the upgrade?

do you think it would be worth taking out my 3gigs of ram which are 667mhz (running at 772mhz) and buying 4Gigs of pc6400?

Unless your running a 64 bit OS your wasting your money upgrading. 3 gb is plenty for 95 percent of users.

If you can overclock the 6400 RAM by 100mgz as you did with the 667 RAM, I think it's worth it.

i have had the ram to 824mhz and the processor at 2.8 before,compelatly stable exept i didnt like my cpu temps

Like previously said. If you don't have a 64bit OS, adding a GB will do nothing. But if you do buy a 4GB kit, get OCZ's 4GB dual channel SLI kit. I bought it and love it.
