Worth the Upgrade?

Im wondering if it will be worth upgrading from my current motherboard which is a
MSI P35 Neo-F to that newer P45?

Will i notice any performance diffrence? going from P35 to P45?

Well i already have the P35 neo-f in my current machine,I have the chance to buy that Asus p45 mobo of another member on this site.

I just want to know if its worth going from P35 chipset to P45.

ASUS has better overclocking, more SATA slots, PCI-E in standard of 2.0, more USB slots, bigger RAM operation, better integrated sound card.

will there be any bottle necking or holding back on his xfx 4890 on the p35 platform?
