Worthwhile GPU Upgrade for £200?

I'll be upgading my Mobo, CPU, Ram shortly & will have about £200 left after I'm done.
As my finances are limited atm I was planning on keeping my GTX 670 Windforce 3x for the forseeable future, Is there anything out there that offers a significant improvement or would I be better off waiting until I have more to spend?

£200 will get you a GTX 760 4GB which performs near enough the same as the GTX 670, if not a bit slower.

You could consider the Radeon R9 280 but again it's not much of an upgrade from a 670 and you could look and see if there are any used GTX 680s for £200 but I still would advise waiting for something better.

The GTX 670 is still a very good card. :)

Thanks for your input, that seems to be the consensus from those I've asked so far.
Any idea how much I'd be looking at spending to offer a significant performance upgrade?

I may have some more to spend, can people recommend what currently offers the best bang for buck/OC options & is a significant upgrade from my 670
 
Best to wait and see what performance the next generation brings and compare the new cards to the 670 to see what the difference is.

If you want to buy something from the current generation then I'd probably go for the 780 Ti in all honesty. It will set you back a lot.

Do you feel that the 670 isn't cutting it for you?
