PROCESSOR; AMD Phenom II X4 3.2GHz £92.48
MOTHERBOARD; ASUS M4A89GTD PRO £89.98
GRAPHICS CARD; Asus AMD Raedon HD 6670 1GB £64.75
HARDRIVE; Seagate ST3500413AS 500GB £31.87

POWER SUPPLY; Corsair CMPSU-600CX 600W £54.50
CPU COOLER: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 CPU Cooler £14.83
OPTICAL DRIVE: LG GH22NS50.AUAA 22x SATA DVDRW Drive £14.67

Just a few quick questions;
Are all the components compatible with each other?
Does the motherboard already have wireless installed or do I need to buy a card, if so which?
How good is the graphics card, could it for instance run the new F1 game that's out?
Are they the best I can get for the money?
What kind of cables do I need to link these together and heatsink/thermal paste etc.?

Sorry I appreciate that's a lot but I'm planning to build my first ever computer and this is all brand new to me, any help would be appreciated!

your link to the motherboard is showing as a processor.

As for everything working together, looks like it.

Thermal paste is Artic Silver 5. Its pretty well liked here on the forum. I plan to get some here in the next few days to put in my lappy (replacing HSF assembly with another due to some damage when I disassembled it).

I dont think the Motherboard will have wireless, thats pretty uncommon. An add-on card is what you need. PCI or PCIe x1 is what you need.

get some cable ties for CM and yo uwill have all the cables. Also get a few extra SATA cables.

Ok that's brilliant, I'll purchase that new motherboard instead to cater for the next generation of AMD, plus the power supply leaves me a little room also, sorry about the links also. I shall get some SATA cables and CM ties and the thermal paste, thank you :)
