dude what are you talking about??? he has $2500 CAD (about 2170 USD) to play with... he isn't getting a 4200+... even if he was, the 4200+ is better than the 3800+... and for budget gaming? dude, he is doing a 7900GTX... can't get much better than that...;)

Agreed, he should go with top notch stuff. Go with the AMD x2 4800+ and the 7900GTX. Thats about $1200 right there but well worth it IMO. Get the best MOBO as well. Everything else can be toned down a little.

Right 2500 CAD = $2200 USD.

I think I should know that he wont be able to get everything the best because I just spent $2000 on a new rig and I didnt even get a monitor. I was just saying he should tone down on things that he wont really need. Get the good MOBO, GPU, CPU, and PSU.

:D

AMD gs player where are u from ? I'm from Toronto, and if u'r from here I can direct u to a very good store

This is a high end computer. The total comes out to $2120can with tax already included. Also u get $50 rebate on the Ram and i'd say $10 off on every part that u buy at Liata store. I buy there my stuff and they give me like $10-20 off on every part. So u'd b looking at around $2050 totall price. And in some time u can get another 7900Gt and go SLI.
Oh and I did not include the DVD drive and HD cuz not sure what exactly u looking at.
And Newegg.com does not ship to Canada
