Man, I'd love to have an Alienware laptop. The m17x looks pretty cool. I wish I could find a place to play around with one before I sent my cash.

Be that it is a brand name, and I would wager a portion of that high cost is paying for the brand name. However, they make pretty solid laptops. If you do in fact purchase one, you will have a nice flashy piece of technology on your hands
