Would i notice a performance difference?

Would you notice a big difference between getting 2gb Corsair XMS2 PC-5400 or the PC-6400 version?
Are there any benchmarks you know of with both of these tested?
Sorry for being a pain....... Why are the XMS2's clocked at 675Mhz instead of PC-5300 667Mhz?

IMO, no. I've seen benchmarks and the most you will see is a few FPS, nothing really major.
