Would it fit?

and I am looking at purchasing this zalman fan. Its the CNPS9700 NT and I am wondering whether this will foit ok on my motherboard. i know it will mount onto it but what I mean is that as the fan is quiete big would it fit without pushing against any compacitiors?

Are you using it as a chipset cooler, or trying to use it as a CPU cooler?

It looks like it should fit, but I would be worried that the RAM would get in the way.
