?: Would like to know your monitor recommendation

Hello,

Im looking for a monitor strictly for photo editing. 21"-27" range

I use Photoshop CC, Lightroom CC and NIK Software mostly and tend to have very large files with lots of layers and filters.

As a photographer here is what is important to me:

1. Resolution (at least 4K)
2. Color Accuracy 100% rgb minimum
3. Bright screen (at least 350 NITS) as I work in a well lit room
4. A screen that is not too reflective
5. something that allows me to adjust color temp and hue

My budget is around $1000 (or less if possible)

Thanks so much for your input and expertise. Im not the greatest when it comes to the technical aspects so your help is greatly appreciated.
