I have a Asus M2N-E SLI nForce motherboard and i want to upgrade to the amdquadphenom cpu. would that mother board support it ?

Yes, that board will support Phenom. Make sure you have the latest BIOS update for your mobo.

It's fine for the CPU and motherboard, but it depends what video card your using mainly.
