Would this be a good deal?

It seems to be a fair price if he's got all that. That i5-2500K CPU wasn't cheap itself.

I know I might be preaching to the choir but try it out in person and see if there's any abnormalities/issues with the PC before purchasing; Craigslist can be an awesome place to get deals (and this looks like one of them) but every once in a while someone tries to sell sub par junk.
