Currently I have an Nvidia GT 220 and an AMD dual core processor at 3.0ghz. I am on a tight budget, but the game runs horribly with my current setup and I need to upgrade. I am thinking of going with this for my GPU:

would this be a good upgrade? Also is the cpu upgrade worth it or should I put that money into a better graphics card? Thanks ahead of time
