would that get UV stuff to show its colors? what do i need, i cant find a "black light" anybody help?

You get the UV cathodes, which make UV reactive material glow brighter. They can be found here.

i want red, but i cant find one. can anyone help?

EDIT: I have realized they cannot make red becasue the UV light does not allow. is this assumption correct?

You are right, we only see red when the light waves are far enough apart, red being at the lower end of the visible spectrum, however, violet is at the higher end of the spectrum because of Ultra Violet light, hence the purple glow from tanning beds.
