do you have to have vents on the top of your case to distribute the heat for does that not even matter. my case is solid on top except for one fan in the middle. my current psu has the fan on the back, not the top like the roswill, and i was curiouse if you needed vents on top or something for that style of psu.

It would be a good idea, otherwise there really isn't anywhere for the heat to go, and of course that would be very, very bad... (My parent's receiver has vents on the top, and they put in a cupboard that only has about 2 inches of space between the top of the receiver and the wood. The receiver is pretty screwed up now, functional, but kinda screwed up...)

the top fan is prolly a intake , and the outtake is prolly on back

The fan part of the PSU will be pointing down once installed. Newegg took the picture that way to show you the fan.

Also, there is only one fan and it should be an exhaust fan.
