Nope thats a 939 board, needs DDR not DDR2. AMD AM2 boards run DDR2.

The board at the link you posted runs DDR266, 333, 400 184pin memory. The memory at the link there is for a newer Socket AM2 or Intel Core 2 Duo board since that is DDR2 240pin memory. Sorry! The first thing to remember when choosing a board or ordering hardwares like memory, cpu, and even video and sound cards is to first review the board's own specifications. That will clearly show what hardwares are supported included the fastest memory you can normally on it. That model there can only run 184pin dimms. There is faster 184pin memory like PC3400. But that will run slower then normal to match the DDR400 PC3200.
