Would this TV Tuner work well?

I was thinking about getting a TV Tuner, but I don't have a lot of money, so I was looking at this one:

SABRENT TV-PCIRC

I don't need one that works extremely well as I probably wouldn't use it that much, I'd like to record the occasional TV show, and mostly take screenshots from my 360 and put them on my PC for Guitar Hero contests and what not, so do you all think this would serve my purposes?

Also, would you think it'd be possible to get a video off of a DVR with this?

In the reviews it says it has a decent picture, so it should do fine...

I'd try this one instead, little more, but the MIR makes it about the same. Plus, I've had 2 Leadtek video cards now, and both have performed flawlessly.

EDIT: I found this one, my only question about it though is if it comes with an S-vid to composite adapter, because my 360, as well as every other 360 I've seen is composite or HDMI only...

EDIT 2: Also, just wanted to say I like the vids in your sig.
