would this work?

1. With the rest of those specs, 2GB of RAM is wasted, unless you have something specific in mind. Save a bit of money, and go with only 1GB

2. Go with the 7600GS instead of the X1600Pro. It's a far better card at the same price

3. The integrated sound is fine for most purposes. If you want to save a bit of money, ditch the extra sound card.
 
I am going to try to find AM2 CPU and MOBO, and finding a duel-core CPU.
Is there any part I am using that I can spend less on???
