To be perfectly honest, that's a great deal. I may have done the math wrong, But I added the cost of the parts alone and it's over $1400. For them to assemble it for you at that price is not bad at all. That build is going to handle anything you may want to throw at it, too.

yes overclock just a little bit not going to go crazy

I really wouldn't overclock it yet. Wait until you need the extra speed. Your processor will last longer that way. If there is any sort of warranty on it, that will be void too. Very small chance, but if you get a bad processor you'll want to get it replaced while the warranty still in tact.
