would you know free VoIP provider?

i need a VoIP provider that can call phonelines, free and works on dial up. any suggestions? skype started charging!

yeah, skype's such a rip off! LMAO you could try a couple of others like vonage, ventrillo, verizon and gtalk but i assure you, none of this will satsify you since you're on dial up. you should have a hi speed internet access in order to optimize your computer's use of VoIP

so would you know any skype like thingie that's for free? any help would be welcome.. i cant afford a hi speed internet right now. kinda expensive.

well gee, too bad.. oh well, i stumbled upon this website and maybe you could try it out. it's voip.com. it says there that their VoIP services works even on dial up. hope this helps.

uhh.. ive checked out the site and im confused. how do i make free calls there again?

on the top where it says type a number type +1 (if in usa) then type the area code then the phone number
