Would's a good Wal-Mart laptop for under 300?

Wal-mart has a few laptops to choose under 300bucks. They have some good reviews for some bad ones as well. Would anyone buy a laptop from walmart for that much? Would they be good for Itunes? KMPlayer? Photoshop portable? and Photofiltre studio?

Up your price a bit and buy a better quality laptop. I guarantee you it will last you a year, two tops.
