WoW Character Restoration Question

If I have a character that was deleted in June 2007, do you think that would be too long ago for Blizzard to restore? And yes, I've heard it's very quite easy to get your deleted character back on WoW. I'm just not sure how long of a time you have before your character is permanently out of their system. I guess a good thing to post would be an example of a situation that happened to you or that you heard about (ex. I heard someone got their character back after 6 months after deletion). This would just help to verify if I can get my character back. He's been gone for almost 6 months.

Your best bet would be to ask Blizzard directly as they may change there policies over time.

the data of characters is usually saved for 6 months as far as i can remember

if the data is gone just say you had a lvl 70 and it got hacked thanks to there crap security and if you dont give me a lvl 70 right now im going to quit wow and start an anti wow partition

If you do that theyll get scared and probly give you a character with 200000 gold lol

lol awesome. Well I just got my character restored but all of his items were deleted as well. I actually got to talk to a GM in game and he said that the specialists are now working on a FULL character restoration so i'm stoked about that.

I just had my character restored who was deleted in August 2007. The GM had no issues with it, so yours should go smoothly.
