I suddenly get transfered with no warning
another new new rep:Type these numbers in though a -g there should be 6 in each one and it will automaticaly move to the next box
tells me the number, and it works! It took about 45minites

It only took me about 15 minutes when I talked to them. I guess it just depends on who you get to help you. I think the biggest problem is that a lot of them are from India or at least sound like it which doesn't help the understanding process...

I'm generally happy with my XP, but what I hate is that they charge like 40 bucks an incident for tech support over the phone...

This is what I do, never had a problem. Takes a while yes, but I usually get it done with the first "live" person they connect me to.

lol i dont have to worry about this, for some reason my activation code always works, I have atleast 12+ reactivations, would you know why? Its a legit copy from gateway...

I feel for you Xycron. I've never had a good experience with microsoft's customer support.

Just keep on trying I guess. Write them letters, emails, phone calls, etc. I would even go as far as to threaten to take legal action :) .

I also get upset with them, however i have a corporate edition installed on my comp so i can re-install windows 9 times or so before needing to call them to activate.
