do you have steam?
if so add me and i will tell you stuff you need to know, me and a friend used to go on one quite often and have made our own, but ours was only for fun, not to get populated or anything, I doubt his home connection could handle more than 4 of us

if you don't have steam but have xfire add me on that, deccy92 is my name there.
You have to bare in mind though that just about all free servers are PvP orientated. Some have leveling and that, but don't necessarily have all mobs, quests, NPCs etc, it would take litterally years to program that all in. Luckily, quite a few have been going for years so have most of this content in.
