Writing batch into a wave or midi file

I was thinking about it the other day when i saw something about it on the interenet, is it possible to put a batch command into a music file, for example:
md file
so that when you opened the song it would not only play the song but make a new directory called file. Would that be possible to do? I've tried, but the song seems to get corrupted when i try, is it possible that they both work?

I am not the right person to help you with this, but it seems your approaching a line which could be considered wrong. What I mean is when you open a song file, I dont want it to create a directory, install a file and run an exe...

I understand that its not a very useful thing to do, but i've heard that its possible and just wanted to know how it could be done. It would be very interesting if a file 'such as a midi' could do other things while playing a song.

Just basic stuff like if when you open the midi file it will create a new file called 'A', or it could open another program when the song starts, or it could move a file from one place to another, just the basic commands.
