WTB:Laptop Cpu & cheap SSD

Looking for the following to beef up the old ladys laptop.

• GOT CPU NOW.
• Cheap 2.5" SSD Drive,Not needing anything special...can be low capacity

20-30GB etc.

I have an old laptop running a Pentium D I believe. I am fairly sure it is all working fine, it was the mainboard that died rather than the CPU. If you are interested drop me a PM and I will check it all out for you.

Hey mate,

Don't need one now,Spotted a CORE 2 DUO T5750 on Ebay for £5.88 inc so snapped that up,Should be much better than the single core Celeron 575 in there now.

Still looking for a older/Smaller SSD though.

Yeah i was actually looking for a Pentium as i wanted the upgrades to be as cheap as possible,Did not expect to pick up a C2D for so cheap.

Not having so good luck finding a small,cheap SSD though. :/

Something like the Intel 311 series would be perfect,There are 20gb models..used they should be really cheap.
