Wtf?!?!

WTF?!?!?!?! Wow look at this. Here is my task manager. This is what comes up when you press ctrl+alt+delete.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
The problem: There are no other tabs or even the top bar to where i can move it. I can't check my processes!
P.S. Sorry if this isn't the right forum.
 
Not a problem, its actually surprising to see how frequently it happens, I don't even see the point of the feature? Does anyone?
 
Maybe just so you can have one of the tabs open and make it harder for people to switch tabs?

Before I had no idea how to fix it, but I'm glad I figured it out eventually, lol.
