I thinks there is, I maybe had the same problem as you but not sure.

You have to go to safe mode, right click on the disk that you can't access and modify the privileges so that anyone can access on the disk.

nonononono, i mean, i actully deleted the partition (like when you go to reformat to re-install windows and you have to delete the partition then hit format, but i didnt format it)

If you really "NEED" them you might have to shell out some cash. can you get through to any part of windows? like to say... the sign in screen?

If you deleted the partition, then you are screwed basically.

You have to create a new partition but in order for it to be used you have to format, so yeah, your screwed unless you can shell out some $$ for a pro to help you

Just move them to another hdd from DOS

care to elaborate

there are programs that will do it, just google it, but what im looking for is to be able to get the files back.... the program that i used could do it with the pro version i think...

so this:
LIFSAVR.gif
GetDataBack for NTFS V3.03

Recover your files when the data is no longer accessible due to formatting, fdisk, virus attack, power or software failure. Get everything back even when the drive's partition table, boot record, Master File Table or root directory is lost or corrupt.
File Size: 3.2 MB
