oo who cares , not like there going to find u them selves, as long as the serial number is legit and can be reused , then its ok to sell. just as long u dont scam the buyer

the academic version states clearly on the disc NOT FOR RESALE. don't know about the retail though. OEM is too because you can only get it when buying parts of a computer.

I'm pretty sure it's 100% legal to resale the retail version of an OS.
