WTT AMD Phenom II x4 840 for Logitech Stuff

Hello I have a AMD Phenom II x4 840 I would like to trade for a Logitech Wireless keyboard and mouse. Looking at the Logitech MX5500 Revolution BT Cordless Keyboard & Mouse. I have no need for the processor anymore because I upgraded to FX series. I never over clocked the processor comes with stock heatsink and fan.
