How long have you had it?
Have you overclocked?
What monitor do you have?
What are it's temps?
I've noticed that you've overclocked your processor, have you overclocked the PCI-E or AGP bus?
Is your monitor connected properly?

I don't get the part "CRT Flatscreen". Well, I gues you want to say that you have a CRT screen. You can try to go in to your menu and choose for the function "degause".
