My video card is acting really really weird.

It only likes to work if I blow on it... (from my mouth)

When I start up my computer after being off for a long period of time, the screen won't show anything but the computer is booting into windows fine (I can see it with my L.I.S POP LCD display.

If I turn off the computer, than blow on the video card, not even touching it, it decides to work and will work for days until I shut the pc off for a long time. I have cleaned out the PCI-E slot and connectors and used an air compressor to blow off the card and it is still doing it.

If I blow on the card before I turn on the computer, it won't work. If I turn it on, then turn it off, blow on the card, then it will work.

Weird or what? The video card is running perfectly normal though, no errors or performance decrease... any ideas?

It has a Zalman VF700-CU cooler.. temps are not a problem. Idle temp is 38C while load temp is 52C. Much better than my old stock cooler which would make the load temps 78C.

This only happens when I turn on the PC... the pc runs perfectly fine being on for hours and all day/all night on weekends.

This is just really wierd :P never heard of anyone needing to start up their hardware by blowing on it...

So no one has any idea? Did a cleaning again and it still does it... even used some contact cleaner. So wierd... don't know what would cause this.
