Xbox 360 Controller Usage?

How do I connect a 360 Controller to my PC? I know I plug in the USB, but more importantly, what kinda driver?

Just plug it in. Windows will recognize it and assign it the driver all by itself! it's crazy. It doesnt work with all games, tho.

Sure??? I found some drivers to download, Microsoft says that there is an install disk.

I didn't know you could do that, that's pretty cool.

I still prefer PS3 to 360 though, just because PS3 has bestest video in the world.
