I be playing 360 for month and i have play halo 2,3,4,bioshock,any on the good games you can think of but i what to play a games
were you can make your own army or build your own empire spaceships any thing you think of you can build in the game have
they can out with something like that?
 
I'm not completely sure as to what you are referring to, but do you mean like an RTS (real-time-strategy game)? If so, there's always Halo Wars. You can either take control of the UNSC or Covenant and build multiple bases, making a barracks, upgrading your base in general, etc. You also can produce many troops and upgrade them, eventually being able to make a limited amount of Spartans. There's online multiplayer and a campaign mode. I don't have it personally, but I heard it got good reviews.
