Wats goin on, I'm actually a newbie,
I know quite about computers but I'm reading stuff over here that makes me feel kinda ignorant.
So anyway I think the whole gaming pc thing is overated, I don't have enough money to play around with and so I'm somewhat cheap.
I just built a computer that games just fine and I've spent probly about $500 if I'm not wrong.

I would go with a computer coz u can do more stuff on it than just play games.
Like I said I'm not as much a gamer as some of the people here but mine plays Conflict Denied Ops really well, best graphics I ever saw, better than PS4 I think, haven't quite seen any games on Xbox.
If you're interested, I'll letchu know exactly what I'm running

We shouldn't hijack, but my build cost around 750 including EVERYTHING. So if you take off the OS, monitor, speakers and whatnot, it would cost around 560-600

Factoring in Games being more expensive, Xbox Live costing moey (i know its not much, lets not bring up this argument again), an HDTV, it ends up not being that much more expensive to go PC.

you dont need a hdtv tough for the xbox, not to mention that most people have a tv already anyways (wich is also beeing used for watching tv/dvd's and not only for gaming, unlike a pc monitor usually :) )

Yeah, and a lot of content you can download like maps that come with the pc games are free, so you end up spending like 25 extra dollars to get the game on xbox rather than pc.
