I was wondering if you could tell me all the specs for the xbox 360 and the playstation 3 i heard that the ps3 is suppost to be twice as powerful as the xbox 360 oh and if anyone knows any good links of what the playststaion will really look like iv seen like four!

I didn;t read those, but what i read before is that Xbox has 3.2Ghz 3 core dual threaded CPU and PS3 has 8 3.2ghz "cells"[CPU] but they are single threaded.

Actually I think it may be the other way around (PS3 might have both power and games since I've heard that it can do 1.8 teraflops or w/e). They probably just didn't announce any PS3 games yet. The PS2 games will probably follow the PS3 anyways.

imagine the price on these new systems though? i think they will be much more expensive then when the xbox and ps2 first came out... we will have to wait and see ;)

no apparently there gonna be a helluva lot cheaper. in one newspaper over here, they reported the xbox 360 to go on sale at £165+

So which one is everyone going to buy Xbox 360 Or Playststaion 3? im personally a Xbox fan. what is teraflops i ont really fully understand it it sounds like a word they both just made up!

For months, the Web was rife with rumors that Microsoft would ship the sequel to Halo 2 for the Xbox 360 simultaneously with the launch of the PlayStation 3. Now, that has been confirmed by none other than Bill Gates himself.

Microsoft corporate vice president J Allard has confirmed that the Xbox 360 will be priced "in the neighbourhood" of $300, which was the initial launch price of the Xbox, with a final decision on price to be made in about two months.

Gamespot is asking the same question we all are…will the Playstation 3 be the same price as the PS2 was when it was released? The first two Sony efforts went for around $368 USD, and lightning may indeed strike three times. Though Sony has said the console will run at $466 USD, they recently told business partners that it would be closer to $370 USD. If true, this could mean more money in our pockets for actual games. If not true, we can always sit and stare at the cool console design until the next paycheck comes in

ya know i am probably gonna go for the console with least power but more promise.

which is of course the revolution

J. Allard, VP of some part on MS heavily involved with 360, said that 360 will retail in the "neighborhood" of $300" just like the original.
