XBox 360 Video card...

Not sure if this should go here or under game consoles, but i was reading in a XBOX306 magazine yesterday and it said that it has a video card made by ATI that is more powerfull then anything currently out for the PC, this seems a little hard to believe, since the 7800GTX is above $400. Are they right or was that just printed a long time ago? And does anyone know what the xbox actually has for a video card?
 
well.. do you really think producinf 1 card costs $400?
i mean, the 7800GTX wont be produces as much as the xbox360 grafics card.
so, they can make it cheap. i dont know if it actually will be more powerfull. anyhow, the price doesnt matter ;)
 
i guess your right, kinda like the movies charge you $3 for a candy bar when it costs them like $0.25, but still, i find it hard to believe that they have the most powerful video card out yet, and i think they should have 1GB in there instead of 512mb, of course, i dont know how much those games require.
 
well... the xbox only had 64Mb RAM, and thats a very capable machine.
i wouldnt worry to much,. youll see soon enough if its really that good :)
 
ya, dont know why its only 10mb, but it probably uses the rest from memory, but the processor seems insane, along with evrything else. and thats some fast memory!

i wonder if anyone will be able to mod a pc so it uses that cpu, lol
