You know when a game is released sometimes it might have bugs, you downlaod a patch that fixes these bugs, if there are bugs in games on the X360 can you download patches from XBOX Live?
 
Yes they have realeased a few patches.

They are actually releasing one soon to add some new features to the dashboard.
 
Cool, so instead of getting a new gaming PC I could get an XBOX 360 connect my wireless keyboard/mouse to it, plug it into an LSD/Plasma (for better resolution) and play my games there as if it were a PC...

Yes you could, but you cant use an XBox 360 for programs, typing, or really anything else except for gaming and music/video/photos.

It's actually called an LCD/Plasma, but those resolutions arent as high as computer monitors.

I dont think you can plug in a keyboard/mouse, im pretty sure you can only hook up wireless controllers or other things made specifically the the XBox 360.

Some USB keyboards are actually compatible with the Xbox 360. Mouses, no there is no need for one. The keyboard can be used to enter information and chat online.

It really cant be compared to a PC, it cant do a quarter of the things a PC can. It plays games really well, but it cant use programs or type word documents.

I play on an LCD, it looks really nice. LOL LSD/Plasma:P

LCD yeah, Liquid Crystal Display, typo there...
 
Just want to remind you that the XBOX 360 is mainly just for gaming and/or media uses. You cant use it to type up book reports. :P
