Hello, I'd like to start this post off by saying that I have contacted microsoft support and they have been completely useless, so I am hoping for someone who has encountered the same issue to come across this post and help me. I am having issues as to why my Xbox Live Subscription was once again renewed for the third time and charged on a debit card associated with the account when I have had automatic renewal turned off. Originally, I didn't know that automatic renewal was on, so when my card was charged for one month, I proceeded to turn it off. I had verified that it was turned off and my card has once again been charged for one month. I got on support once again and was reassured that automatic renewal has in fact been off. I tried to contact support and on my FIRST try I got a message saying "Invalid request. Too many attempts have been made. Please try again later." Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated
