XFX 680i LT + RAID-0 using ide drives?? help me!

is it possible to do RAID-0 with two IDE drives on this mother board( XFX NForce 680i LT), i know that it is possible for SATA drives and thats all that it says in the manual.
I have a Seagate barracuda 160gig and a maxtor 200 gig both ide that i plan on putting in raid-0 after i get windows vista.
Any help would be appreciated

if your BIOS does not allow it u can do it through windows just rite click on my computer an chose manage
an then click disk management in the window that opened when u clicked manage
deleat the partishions so the whole of both HDDS are unallocated convert the ones u want to RAID to dynamic an rite click on 1 of the HDDs u qwant to RAID make new partishion an chose a striped partishion an follow the steps from there
but when u are doing it with windows u have to have the HDD with windows on as a normal drive an u can RAID 2 HDDS without windows on it
