Hi which nvidia brand is better im looking at a gtx and the xfx has higher clock and is faster

Been told from a good freind that he bought 2 XFX 6800GT couple years ago and needed to change fans 2 times on each one, but i like both companys, both have the lifetime warranty (need to register product online), i voted for eVGA because i heard nobody complaining about it.

Maybe? i'm half drunk so it could be possible, anyway using your head once in a while won't kill you anyway go google "step up evga" without the " marks of course

He was saying (Though terribly) that there is a step up program offered by EVGA that allows you to trade in your gfx card if a newer one is released within (I think 90 days). You have to pay the difference of course.

Reason being because the 9000 series is coming out soon.

It's simply the difference. If you paid $300 for a 320Mb and they're selling a 640Mb for $380, You would give them your 320 and $80 to get the 640.

80+card+ shipping = good deal
