XFX Radeon 6970 Black Edition Gone??

I went to the XFX site to look for the graphics card (XXX Edition) Im going to get to see if there was possibly another online store besides Newegg that had it. (Newegg not having it in stock.) I stumbled upon the Black Edition (Ive known about Black Edition cards and all that). I noticed that the core clock was 925MHz and I remembered that if you bought a card like that from XFX you would get some awesome bonuses, so I went looking for that card instead, but I cant find any. What happened to all the XFX Radeon 6970 Black Editions??? Are they out of stock for good? Or can I still find one before they are gone?
 
They may be beginning to discontinue a lot of the specialized models of Radeon 6xxx series cards because the 7xxx series is right on the horizon.
 
the black editions just have an oem overclock that you can easily do yourself and the normal cards come with the same bonuses like games and stuff, just look around on newegg.
 
These are the leaked specs of the cards. Compared to the Black Edition of the 6970, its core clock is in the middle of the ones shown.

the problem with your thoughts of it competing are that it is now a 28nm which means it will most likely be a considerable amount faster per mhz similar to the way a i3 is so much faster than a phenom ii on single threaded apps,, the i3 is a different architecture and smaller die so they can put more on it.
