Xi3 computer rebuild

I recently picked up an Xi3 computer for absurdly low amount of cash. It was listed as without OS. I do have a windows 10 USB and activation code that I could use. However, I am unable to access the BIOS. Can any of you kind people tell me how to do so or use alternative method to load my windows 10 USB. Thanking you in advance. Mark

Why can't you access the BIOS?

Usually if you wipe cmos via removing the battery it will either hang and prompt you to enter bios or just throw you in there.

If it's uefi you can reboot to firmware settings from within Windows.

Tried all of the standard F keys and ctrl + keys. no good. Do you have specific knowledge of this brand? Or manual for same?

I never have had a Xi3. Do what @beers said. This will clear all the CMOS memory.

You could also probably remove the current drive so you get a error and can access the BIOS.

I took out the battery. No luck. still got ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////OS not found.
