xml questionary

I have made a questionary in xml format to send to my friends. Since some of my list members won't have the patience to download it, answer and then send it back, I would like to be able, if possible, to open it on the e-mail window and have them send it back using a simple foward or answer command. Is it possible? How can I do it?
I would like to use hotmail or gmail to do it.

Just attach is as an attachment, and it goes with the e-mail.

For those those contacts that use hotmail or yahoo or gmail or another online e-mail service on your contact list, they will have to download the attachment, but for those contacts that are using outlook, they won't have to download it.
