XP Home Computer Boots / Windows lcon Screen / Flash Blue / Restart - Loop

My computer is booting up fine and going to the windows icon black screen with the little load bar, thn after a few seconds a blue screen flashes for about half a second and then the computer restarts.

How do I fix this?
 
No im sure there is, im just not to sure how to go about it.

You could pull the drive and slap it in another computer as slave and pull all your files off it then do a clean install of your OS.
